FAQs

What is a mail club?

1

A mail club is a postal service where I send a reproduction print (as in a print made by a printer by scanning in my non-printered lino print and printing it out on high quality paper) of my latest art piece to you every month, along with a letter and some additional goodies like stickers and maybe an extra print here and there depending on what I’ve been up to in the month. It is packaged in a lovely envelope and sent to you to arrive by post. These mail clubs are sometimes called snail mail clubs because of the slower pace at which the letters arrive.

What do I do if I don’t receive my letter?

2

Sometimes letters can take up to two weeks to arrive in their destination countries depending on where you are in the world. That being said, if your letter hasn’t arrived during that time, please reach out to me either via Instagram or via the contact form so we can see where it’s got to. If it’s lost, I will send a replacement letter out to you free of charge.

What shipping types do you offer?

3

The mail club is sent via standard Royal Mail letter services, but for original artwork there is the option for tracked shipping. I would strongly recommend using the tracked shipping option for original artwork as once it’s posted, I can’t guarantee delivery. Tracking adds a bit of extra security for additional insurance and making sure it gets to you properly.

Where do you ship to?

4

For now, I ship anywhere and everywhere, and I’ll try to keep it that way for as long as possible. I’m still unsure about EU countries, but as far as I understand the kind of original artwork I sell falls under an exemption to the latest GSPR guidelines. I will stay in touch with you if I run into any issues shipping your order to you, and will immediately refund any orders I am unable to process due to shipping issues.
